"Foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you" (3:1). Does the chapter say who?

In the text

No. The verse asks who, and the chapter names no one. Its words go on, "not to obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly portrayed among you as crucified?" (3:1) (tap bewitched). These notes name no one, and apply the verse to no teacher, church or group today.

Galatians 3: The blessing of Abraham

Galatians 3 says of the promises to Abraham, "He doesn’t say, “To descendants”, as of many, but as of one, “To your offspring”, which is Christ" (3:16), and ends, "If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring and heirs according to promise." (3:29). And Galatians, by name, stands in the whole WEB only in "Foolish Galatians" (3:1).
