Here are the names the chapter gives him. He "is called Faithful and True" (19:11). "His name is called “The Word of God.”" (19:13). And he has "a name written, “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”" (19:16). These notes call him by these names and by no other. In this chapter the call to praise comes from the throne: "A voice came from the throne, saying, “Give praise to our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, the small and the great!”" (19:5). And when John is told to write the blessing, he is also told, "These are true words of God." (19:9).
