No. Its three warnings are quoted in the teaching above, and they name no one. These notes name no one, say nothing more about those meant than the verse says, and apply the words to no person, group, faith or church, then or now.

Philippians 3 turns gain and loss around: "I consider those things that were gain to me as a loss for Christ" (3:7), and then "I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ" (3:8). And the Greek verb behind "persecuting the assembly" (3:6) is the verb behind "I press on" (3:12, 3:14).
