Galatians 6 · a question people ask
"I bear the marks of the Lord Jesus branded on my body" (6:17). What are the marks?
The verse doesn't say what the marks are, or how they came to be there. It calls them "the marks of the Lord Jesus", says the letter's I bears them "branded on my body", and joins them with for to "From now on, let no one cause me any trouble" (6:17). These notes say no more than the verse does, and set no other verse beside it.
The verses
