"to an administration of the fullness of the times" (1:10). When is that?

The chapter doesn't say. The verse goes on, "to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him." (1:10). It names no date, and these notes reckon no times and say no more than the verse says.

Ephesians 1: Head over all things

Ephesians 1 has fullness twice, the same Greek noun both times: "the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ" (1:10), and, in the chapter's last words, "the fullness of him who fills all in all" (1:23).
