Acts 28 · a question people ask
Paul says, "For because of the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain." (28:20). What is "the hope of Israel"?
Paul doesn't explain it in this chapter. He says, "For this cause therefore I asked to see you and to speak with you. For because of the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain." (28:20). Acts gives Paul's words of hope more than once, and Favor's Acts 23 sets them side by side in The hope, again and again, saying no more about what the hope is. This chapter doesn't either.
