"Admonish the disorderly" (5:14). Who are the disorderly?
The letter doesn't say. It says, "We exhort you, brothers: Admonish the disorderly; encourage the faint-hearted; support the weak; be patient toward all." (5:14). It names no one, and doesn’t say what the disorderly did. These notes don't say who they were, and apply the word to no one today.
