Revelation 22: A river of water of life
Read Revelation 22:1-21 before you meet.
In a few lines
The chapter opens with "a river of water of life, clear as crystal" (22:1), and near its close it calls, "He who desires, let him take the water of life freely." (22:17) Its last verse is a blessing: "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with all the saints. Amen." (22:21)
The verse to carry
“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” He who hears, let him say, “Come!” He who is thirsty, let him come. He who desires, let him take the water of life freely.”
Revelation 22:17
To talk about
1. "He who desires, let him take the water of life freely." (22:17) What can make it hard to take something that is given freely?
2. "He who is holy, let him be holy still." (22:11) What helps you keep on in something good when it would be easier to stop?
3. The book's last verse is a blessing: "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with all the saints. Amen." (22:21) Who would you like to speak a blessing like this over this week, and why?
