Philippians 2 · a question people ask
The letter hopes to send Timothy, and to come itself (2:19-24). Did either happen?
The letter says, "But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon" (2:19), "Therefore I hope to send him at once, as soon as I see how it will go with me." (2:23), and "But I trust in the Lord that I myself also will come shortly." (2:24). It doesn't say whether Timothy was sent or whether its I came, and these notes don't either.
