James 4 · a question people ask
The verse says it of the one who knows to do good: "To him therefore who knows to do good and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin." (4:17). It opens with therefore, after 4:13-16. These notes don't say what good any reader knows to do.

In James 4, fight and make war (4:2) are verbs Strong's ties to the fightings and wars of 4:1. And "Resist the devil" (4:7) has another Greek verb than "God resists the proud" (4:6).
