Hebrews 11 · a question people ask
"Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him" (11:6). Why?
The verse gives its own reason, with for: "for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him" (11:6). These notes say no more than the verse's words.
